For more than 15 years, my work has focused on understanding why people, ideas, businesses, and systems become constrained by structures that no longer serve what they are capable of becoming, and what happens when we stop accepting those structures as permanent.

That pursuit gave rise to Structural Autonomy: the ability to recognize the structures influencing an outcome, determine which genuinely belong, and deliberately build better ones where they don't.

It is grounded in lived responsibility, structural betrayal, moral mismatch, reinvention, entrepreneurship, and the patterns that shape what people ultimately become.

Today, as the founder of Dalcenori Enterprises, I develop ideas, intellectual property, products, frameworks, and businesses intended to challenge assumptions and create better possibilities.
